Data controller

This notice is issued by Cenghilton (Ahmet Talha Cengiz, Hatay, Türkiye) as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

What I collect

When you use the quote or contact form, your name, email address and/or phone number, project type, budget range and message are stored. To prevent abuse, your IP address is kept briefly in an irreversibly hashed form. The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

Why

Your data is used only to answer your request, prepare a quote and stay in touch about it. It is never added to marketing lists or sold.

Legal basis

Processing is based on KVKK Article 5/2-c (necessary to enter into a contract) and the consent you give in the form.

Storage

Data is stored on the servers of the site's hosting provider and kept for at most 2 years after your request is closed; statutory retention periods apply if we work together. It is deleted earlier on request.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, object to processing and claim compensation. Send requests to the email below; they are answered within 30 days.
